Delivery and Payment Information
Welcome to the Heating and Plumbing Warehouse‘s online store. We are a plumbers merchant based in Cardiff. We supply and deliver heating and plumbing products. All paid orders received before 12:00 noon will be processed and dispatched, if stock is available, on the same or following working day. For stock availability please contact us. It is our company policy to always check all items and make sure its good condition before dispatch. We do not send out damaged goods and to prove it we may take photographic evidence of the items. Due to the use of third-party couriers unfortunately we cannot guarantee the good condition of the parcels/pallets at arrival. For that reason please check all items during delivery and do not accept anything damaged. Also please do not sign for any parcels/pallets before you make sure its acceptable condition. Due to the courier's insurance policy, the courier will only do kerbside delivery and the driver won't carry the consignment into the property in any form. Please check all items and contact us regarding any damages as soon as possible. We only deliver within the United Kingdom. (Terms & Conditions apply)
We offer free deliver for certain products as they are part of our special deals. Unfortunately, in some cases we cannot promise free delivery due the high charges of the courier companies for certain locations. All 'free delivery' products are not subject to next day delivery.
Delivery charges may apply if:
- any additional items purchased together with a 'free delivery' product and they are not part of the deal.
- your delivery post code is one of the following: AB, BT, DD, GY(1-8), HS, IE, IM, IV (4-11) (13-29) (37+), JE, KA (27-28), KW, PA (20+) (60-77), PH (15+), ZE
The additional delivery charge for 'free delivery' products can be varied due to delivery locations and the value of your order.
For security reasons we do not accept any payments over the phone. All orders will be processed after the payments have been cleared. We do not accept cheques. All orders paid by BACS (bank transfer) will be processed after the full amount has been debited on our account. Our bank account details will be shown during the checkout process.
