Welcome to the Heating and Plumbing Warehouse‘s online store. We are a plumbers merchant based in Cardiff. We supply and deliver heating and plumbing products. All paid orders received before 12:00 noon will be processed and dispatched, if stock is available, on the same or following working day. For stock availability please contact us. It is our company policy to always check all items and make sure its good condition before dispatch. We do not send out damaged goods and to proove it we may take photographic evidence of the items. Due to the use of third-party couriers unfortunatelly we cannot guarantee the good condition of the parcels/pallets at arrival. For that reason please check all items during delivery and do not accept anything damaged. Also please do not sign for any parcels/pallets before you make sure its acceptable condition. Payment

For security reasons we may not accept any payments over the phone. Occasional MOTO (Mail & Telephone Order) payments by Credit Card, Commercial and Bussines Debit Card will incur charges (for current rates please contact us). These charges are not applied for purchases that are made online. All orders will be processed after the payments have been cleared. We do not accept cheques. All orders paid by BACS (bank transfer) will be processed after the full amount has been debited on our account. Our bank account details will be shown during the checkout process.
